Then Br'er Fox (the Senators) and Br'er Bear (the Representatives), in their perfunctory dysfunctional manner, resolve their differences by negotiation.
Check out the facts regarding Senator Casey's support of ACORN funding and become an informed electorate.
Here's another way of looking at Senator Casey's support of ACORN and his influence in the matrix of judicial corruption in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania.
Click on http://www.law.com/jsp/article.jsp?id=1202423950217 to link to the August 21, 2008 Pa. Courts Pursuing Conciliation for Foreclosures post by Amaris Elliott-Engel at Pennsylvania Law Weekly to see how the legislative Casey and judicial Munley families continue to promulgate influence and legislation in order to adjudicate protections and defenses for owners of global banks and the controversial Non-Governmental Organization, ACORN.
In Lackawanna County, since - at least - the time Franklin D. Roosevelt’s “New Deal”, it seems to have been a common practice for these prominent families (i.e., the legislative Casey and the judicial Munley) to collude in seditious activities that broker the men and women of our nation into Thirteenth Amendment 're-constructed' statutory “servitude” to a corporate jurisdiction. Their backroom dealings have been without “full disclosure” of the adhesive and unconscionable natures of what I consider to be treasonous contracts that have allowed a statutory governance to be erected within the parameters of our intended form of government.
One example of how this contractual 'revenuing' (no pun intended) into a foreign corporate jurisdiction is being done, had been previously posted. In that example I ask: "BONDS": Are they UNCONSCIONABLE, IN VIOLATION of RICO STATUTES, or TREASON? and give an example of how we, American men and women who believe our selves to be free, have been "ceded" by legislative brokers into a type of corporate feudalism under what appears to be the same "Crown" business-as-usual enterprise system of governance that colonized the "new world" in the 17th Century on behalf of its investors.
So, again I bring your attention to Harrisburg Bureau Chief, Robert Swift’s December 3, 2008 article wherein he quotes Pennsylvania Majority Leader Todd Eachus, D-116 as saying; “Integrity is built in the DNA of the Casey family” and ask you, the reader to look past the wordsmiths’ rhetoric and decide for your self whether “integrity” can be for good or for evil.
Check out the facts and become an informed electorate.
AGENDA 21, ECOSYSTEMS, HEALTH-CARE, and the INSURANCE INDUSTRY
Is there a connection between the U.N.'s AGENDA 21 programmes and projects for ECOSYSTEMS, "PUBLIC OPTION" HEALTH-CARE, and INSURANCE INDUSTRY "stakeholders"?
In this age of "corporate governance" where ALL law is contingent on what we, the people, allow via our contract with our representatives to this government I present to you the information we're being given to understand the connections between the United Nation's AGENDA 21 'programmes and projects' for ECOSYSTEMS, "PUBLIC OPTION" HEALTH-CARE and INSURANCE INDUSTRY "stakeholders".
"FULL disclosure" MUST be demanded of our legislators! Help them to perform their tasks and duties with the integrity you expect from them.
Consider the following and share your thoughts with your legislators. Help them to frame their questions to lobbyists who are pushing a global agenda for an oligarchy of plutocrats.
Strategic Planning and Innovation - " . . . SPI aims to increase combined coverage of services for TB, HIV/AIDS and malaria. It encourages ownership and sustainability of these services, and strives to help countries produce practical methods to deliver prevention and care for the three diseases."
And,
Ecosystems and health - There is growing concern amongst many natural scientists that human interventions are altering the capacity of ecosystems to provide their goods (e.g. freshwater, food, pharmaceutical products, etc) and services (e.g. purification of air, water, soil, sequestration of pollutants, etc). And, "special interest" lobbyist's for Wall Street investors and bankers are now gearing up to "securitize" "life settlement" policies "by packaging hundreds or thousands together into bonds. They will then resell those bonds to investors, like big pension funds, who will receive the payouts when people with the insurance die. The earlier the policyholder dies, the bigger the return . . . " (The rest of the article is below: Wall St. now investing in death.)
Consider how the bankers "plan to buy "life settlements," . . . "securitize" these policies, . . . (and) by packaging hundreds or thousands together into bonds . . . (t)hey will then resell those bonds to investors, . . . who will receive the payouts when people with the insurance die. . . . The earlier the policyholder dies, the bigger the return . . . " as you watch IMF Director Dominique Strauss-Kahn speak on new flexible lending programs - and other efforts - the International Monetary Fund (IMF) will use to help countries through the recession. Hear Mr. Strauss-Kahn for your self as he responded to questions from the audience. Pay particular attention to Strauss-Kahn's offer ". . . OF BONDS WHICH WILL BE BONDS IN THE IMF CURRENCY . . ." Strauss-Kahn's statements are just past the 33 minute point of his April 2009 talk before the National Press Club in Washington, DC.
If we, the people, believe what we are told - that We, the people, are the government - and understand how these seditious activities are usurping our authority to govern our selves, then all members of Congress and our state legislators require our oversight.
Let your representative know what you know so that he (also she) will know that you know that he knows!
Quit giving your 'law-makers' "wiggle-room" to pass treasonous "bills of attainder" for a foreign oligarchy that mandates you either willingly participate in their constructive fraud or be duly convicted of their statutory crime(s) and be jailed!
In the article (below) "Health care top issue as Congress returns" are some of the issues before Congress as they craft a comprehensive health care plan. Included in that article are some concerns that have been voiced by Catholic bishops.
And, because ALL LAW IS CONTRACTUAL under the 13th and 14th Amendments to the U.S. Constitution, if you - a "U.S. citizen" - choose not to 'voluntarily' comply with federally legislated mandates for your health care (unless you speak-upNOW) you may be 'duly convicted of a crime'.

Secret treaties, psychological and financial advantages - and more - has allowed for the "creation of a state within the state" and our current economic crisis. Read:
"The Russian workman, who is at bottom an illiterate peasant with the old roots of serfdom still clinging to him, has seldom any bowels for his neighbor and none at all for his employer. "God Himself commands us to despoil such gentry," is one of his sayings. He is in a hurry to enrich himself, and he cares about nothing else. Nor can he realize that to beggar his neighbors is to impoverish himself. Hence he always takes and never gives ; as a peasant he destroys the forests, hewing trees and planting none, and robs the soil of its fertility. On analogous lines he would fain deal with the factories, exacting exorbitant wages that eat up all profit, and naively expecting the owner to go on paying them as though he were the trustee of a fund for enriching the greedy. The only people to profit by the system, and even they only transiently, were the manual laborers. The bulk of the skilled, intelligent, and educated artisans were held up to contempt and ostracized, or killed as an odious aristocracy. . . . "
In a republican Form of government where its constitution "shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding", why are its Citizens being deprived of due process for raising 'political questions'? Could those who enjoy State Secrets Privilege be Crown investors?
Oh-oh! Politicians share personality traits with serial killers: Study Using his law enforcement experience and data drawn from the FBI's behavioral analysis unit, Jim Kouri has collected a series of personality traits common to a couple of professions. Kouri, who's a vice president of the National Assn. of Chiefs of Police, has assembled traits such as superficial charm, an exaggerated sense of self-worth, glibness, lying, lack of remorse and manipulation of others. These traits, Kouri points out in his analysis, are common to psychopathic serial killers.
But -- and here's the part that may spark some controversy and defensive discussion -- these traits are also common to American politicians. (Maybe you already suspected.)
Yup. Violent homicide aside, our elected officials often show many of the exact same character traits as criminal nut-jobs, who run from police but not for office.
Kouri notes that these criminals are psychologically capable of committing their dirty deeds free of any concern for social, moral or legal consequences and with absolutely no remorse.
"This allows them to do what they want, whenever they want," he wrote. "Ironically, these same traits exist in men and women who are drawn to high-profile and powerful positions in society including political officeholders."
Good grief! And we not only voted for these people, we're paying their salaries and entrusting them to spend our national treasure in wise ways. We don't know Kouri that well. He may be trying to manipulate all of us with his glib provocative pronouncements. On the other hand ... He adds:
"While many political leaders will deny the assessment regarding their similarities with serial killers and other career criminals, it is part of a psychopathic profile that may be used in assessing the behaviors of many officials and lawmakers at all levels of government."

PLATFORM (in alphabetical order):
ABORTION Abortion denies "Due Process" to the victim/fetus/infant. Congress must neither legislate or condone unlawful acts.
AFFIRMATIVE ACTION Legislators who elevate(d) one group of people above another by statute facilitate(d) Hate Crimes.
CLONING Cloning is more than moral issue. Cloning is a legal and ethical issue that involves the Patent Rights of particular DNA and the potential for commercial ownership, maintenance and use of Cloned Human Resources who have that DNA.
DRUGS I will work toward; eliminating federal funding for programs associated with the "war on drugs" and encourage community based education that promotes and sustains self responsible behaviors.
EDUCATION Providing education exceeds the responsibility of the federal government and their jurisdiction over the families of a free people. See Intellectual Property and Chattel.
EMPLOYMENT Congressional legislation that protects and defends big corporations hinder the natural creativity of the people and the superior products that result from local manufacturing and fair and open competition. Transitional changes into a truly "free market economy" will be encouraged and facilitated.
THE ENVIRONMENT AND ENERGY Public education about good stewardship and basic natural principles of science and ecology that facilitate individual production of local renewable energy for personal and commercial ventures will be encouraged.
GLOBAL ECONOMICS AND DIPLOMACY Congressmen and women must differentiate between their Congressional responsibilities to the general welfare of the people within these united States of America, and the CEO's of United States Corporations/"persons" who do business with leaders of foreign governments using debt based currencies.
GUN CONTROL Concealed guns and gun safety lessons should be community mandated and responsible participation regulated from within families. Safety locks should be provided with each weapon and used at the discretion of family members.
HEALTHCARE Providing health care is not a responsibility of the federal government. Those who are dependent on pharmaceuticals, however, must be assured that they will continue to receive safe and affordable drugs without alienating the Rights of free people to Life and Liberty when providing for their own healthcare. A free people's choice in Healthcare should be unencumbered by fear and federal regulations.
IMMIGRATION I support making English our official national language and will refuse to pass legislation that would mandate federal or State amnesty and care for illegal immigrants.
INTERNATIONAL AID, POLICY AND TRADE Congress has no lawful authority to use the labor of American people as collateral to secure debts for leaders of foreign nations.
MARRIAGE Because Congress' Powers are Constitutionally limited to their jurisdiction over commerce, I oppose any Amendment to the U.S. Constitution that would even imply an attached commercial jurisdiction over the personal relationships and families of an otherwise free people.
THE PATRIOT ACT I will represent in Congress the free people in Pennsylvania in accordance with the Pennsylvania Constitution (Article III, Section 16), "The citizens of the Commonwealth shall be armed, organized and disciplined for its defense . . . "
SOCIAL SECURITY Participation in Social Security was originally voluntary. The Social Security Administrators must be made to honor their commitment to the agreement they entered with an otherwise free people who fulfilled their part of the agreement.
TAXATION I support elimination of the Federal Reserve and its debt based monetary system, and the return of monetary responsibility to a Constitutionally principled Congress.
TERRORISM Operationalized, "Democracies" are by definition emotion driven. "Terror" is an emotion. Terror is overcome when one either feels empowered or doesn't care whether he or she feels empowered because he or she is on drugs. Gun "control" and "hate" crimes legislationdisempowers Americans. And a "womb to tomb" pharmaceutical dole will certainly make Americans not care.
THE UNITED NATIONS The United Nations, and other for-profit and non-profit organizations (NGO's) must be prohibited in their usurpation of the Powers given to Congress by a free people in accordance with their State Constitutions.
THE WAR IN IRAQ Entities who hold positions to profit from Iraqi oil reserves should be required to pay reparations to the families (both Iraqi and American) of those who suffered losses. The burden of payment for this war should not be borne by innocent Americans.
WELFARE AND POVERTY I will work to abolish all federal welfare programs and un-shackle ministries from their 501c3 restraints so that they are at liberty to facilitate vocations within their assemblies according to the needs of their local community.

Unfortunately the Sarah Palin matter has become an emotional issue about 'family values'. I wonder why no attention is being given to the corporate names of the Palin children; Track, Bristol, Piper, Willow, Trig - Paxson?
But, this isn't all. Here's something else for your conisderation:
Should Palin become Vice President the current Lieutenant Governor, (Esquire) Sean Parnell, will take over her position as Alaska's "CEO" and Palin will (in actuality) be "demoted" to a position wherein her admirable executive skills may be better controlled; undermined or, at the very least, limited by a hierarchial politburo.
The following is an excerpt from Lieutenant Governor Sean Parnell's biography.
"Sean . . . has been an attorney since 1987 and is admitted to practice in Alaska and Washington, D.C. Like his father before him, Sean owned his own business for many years, a small law practice located in downtown Anchorage. . . . he fights vigorously for tough laws and penalties involving domestic violence and child abuse."
Parnell's "fight", may be well intentioned, but, in my opinion, may be an invitation for additional legal and judicial abuses that removes children further from their parents and subjugates future generations to "State" "Agency".
So, If Palin is the "states' Rights" advocate that she appears to be, her loss in her bid for VP - for whatever reason - may, in actuallity, be a blessing for our Nation.
In my opinion, there's more to this than we're being told by media.
Share this information as you will to move the dialogue to the next level.
As many of you may already know, I did not meet the 2,203 signatures required to obtain ballot access, however, if you are in Congressional District 10 and choose to "Write in" my name for your chosen representative, should I be 'elected', I will be honored to serve you and, with your assistance, facilitate for you your desired transition into the "Form" of government we had been "guaranteed", thought we had, and (for those of us who are old enough to remember) deeply miss.
Thank you for your support and participation in the signature gathering efforts.
WHAT WOULD IT COST IF WE HAD CONSTITUTIONAL MONEY?
Would you like to know what gas (and any other purchase) would cost if our U.S. currency was still based on the market values of gold and silver?
Click here to compare and calculate the purchasing power of money in 2007 dollars (the linked website has not yet converted to the further devalued 2008 dollars) compared to the same amount of dollars had Congress 'preserved, protected and defended' the Constitutional Coinage Act of 1792.
The Coinage Act, passed by the U.S. Congress on April 2, 1792, established the U.S. Mint and regulated coinage of the United States. The long title of the legislation is An act establishing a mint, and regulating the Coins of the United States.
By the Act, the Mint was to be situated at the seat of government of the United States. The five original officers of the U.S. Mint were a Director, an Assayer, a Chief Coiner, an Engraver, and a Treasurer (not the same as the Secretary of the Treasury. The Act allowed that one person could perform the functions of Chief Coiner and Engraver. The Assayer, Chief Coiner and Treasurer were required to post a $10,000 bond with the Secretary of the Treasury.
Notably, the act established a decimal standard for U.S. currency. The Act authorized production of the following coins:
Eagles - $10 - 247 4/8 grain pure or 270 grain standard gold Half Eagles - $5 - 123 6/8 grain pure or 135 grain standard gold Quarter Eagles - $2.50 - 61 7/8 grain pure or 67 4/8 grain standard gold Dollars or Units - $1 - 371 4/16 grain pure or 416 grain standard silver Half Dollars - $0.50 - 185 10/16 grain pure or 208 grain standard silver Quarter Dollars - $0.25 - 92 13/16 grain pure or 104 grains standard silver Dismes - $0.10 - 37 2/16 grain pure or 41 3/5 grain standard silver Half Dismes - $0.05 - 18 9/16 grain pure or 20 4/5 standard silver Cents - $0.01 - 11 penny-weights of copper Half Cents - $0.005 - 5 1/2 penny-weights of copper

Now: Can you believe there are political candidates who will have you believe the absurd notion that we have security in our homeland? And that by subsidizing the profits of private insurance companies and pharmaceutical shareholders, lowering taxes on fiat money, and increasing foreign trade (with persons who know your DNA and hate you), they will be able to solve the problems that we are currently experiencing in America?
So; When you go to the polls to vote, remember that IT HAS BEEN THE MEMBERS OF THE DEMOCRAT AND REPUBLICAN PARTIES who have made the laws upon which the courts must act and sent into foreign conflicts our young men and women.

AMERICAN LIFE UNDER A DEMOCRATIC FORM OF GOVERNMENT
The United States is foisting its commercial styled "democracy" upon nations worldwide. The good people in these nations need to know what life is like for Americans who believe themselves to be free. They need to know that our nation, too, has been occupied by a belligerent commercial power and, by presumption - in a business-as-usual manner - what is being done to us, will - without question - be done to them.
In a "nutshell" here's how it works:
In the United States, without regard to comity, an oligarchy of plutocrats hand pick law makers who promise Americans benefits and privileges upon "application". Along with the application process, there is (usually) a request for a sum of money to legally seal the contract.
The oligarchy oversee their lawmakers to assure that the laws they pass will legally convey to them title to all that is privately owned.
In the United States one example of the oligarchy's incremental occupation of America can be found in the doublespeak of the 13th Amendment. Notice that while "Involuntary servitude" is outlawed, "voluntary servitude" by application is not. Notice also that section 2 of the 13th Amendment the oligarchy assured their continued dominion by inserting; "Congress shall have the Power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation"; and, "legislation" defines the laws upon which the courts must act. Furthermore, craftily worded "laws" and "rules" convict men and women of crimes, which, under the Ten Commandments, they would be acquitted.
The picture (below) describes what it feels like for freedom loving Americans under the oppressive dominion of the corporate United States. As pictured, some have already been wholly, or partially devoured emotionally and financially: The rest know that it is just a matter of time before it is them.
"Comity toward nations", is a concept that is disregarded in the legislation put forth by agents of the plutocratic oligarchy as they economically conquer our nations under the guise of "democracy".
Comity is defined as: courteous respect by one nation for the laws and institutions of another . . . Comity of nations in International Law is the courtesy by which nations recognize within their own territory, or in their courts, the peculiar institutions of another nation or the rights and privileges acquired by its citizens in their own land. By some authorities private international law rests on this comity, but the better opinion is that it is part of the common law of the land, and hence is obligatory as law.
A synonym for comity is: Civility; good breeding; courtesy; good will.
THE INCREASE IN THE MINIMUM WAGE IS ESSENTIALLY "TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION"
The raise in the minimum wage issue, when understood, is one of the best examples of bipartisan doublespeak and issues management. Democrats and Republicans dutifully parrot the rhetoric that is carefully designed to hype emotions and provide profits to the business-as-usual commercial schemes of their corporate masters.
Since Congress relinquished its power to coin money to a private cartel of bankers in 1913, there has been a progressive hidden tax involved with the minting of metallically devalued coins and the printing of Federal Reserve notes. For instance; It cost the owners of the Federal Reserve between $.04 (four cents) and $.07 (seven cents) to print a "bill" of any denomination. At 4 cents per bill, for every $10 of a man (or woman's) labor, $9.96 is pocketed by the owners of the Federal Reserve and an additional $2 (approximately 20% of the $10) is demanded by IRS agents on behalf of their employers; the owners of the Federal Reserve. Therefore, for every $10 of a man or woman's labor, that man or woman is indebted approximately $11.96 to the owners of the Federal Reserve.
If and When the wage increase (currently before Congress) goes into effect, it will not be the perceived "wage earner" who will profit; nor will it be the businessman or woman for whom the laborer, labors. The ONLY people who will profit from this increase will be the owners of the Federal Reserve and their parent corporation.
Here's the math:
At 4 cents/bill, the owners of the Federal Reserve will profit $1.92 for the two (2) additional bills they will print, plus the additional 20% (i.e., $.384 cents) from the collection of additional "Income Tax", thereby bringing their total hourly increase per laborer to an approximate $2.304 per hour.
For a forty (40) hour work week, at $2.304 per hour, the laborer will have increased his or her indebtedness , and the owners of the Federal Reserve's profits, an additional $92.16.
Over a 52 week work year, therefore, the owners of the Federal Reserve will have profited an additional $4,792.32 from every man and woman upon whom their noble representatives bestowed this perceived increase.
Unlike the monetary system outlined in the Constitution for these united States of America and the Coinage Act of 1791, we have today a despicable system of voluntary servitude that, with little disruption to the average American, could be legislated back under the powers of Congress whereby the IRS would be abolished, and the $9.96 for each $10 of an American's labor would be recycled into Constitutionally delegated services to be provided by Congress.
The continued bipartisan perpetuation of this irresponsible fraud on the American people by their elected representatives is morally reprehensible and solemn consideration should be given to any emotionally driven support you should have for the proposed wage increase currently before your representatives in Congress.

Like many voters who inhabit the 10th Congressional District of Pennsylvania I have been receiving the expensive, glossy, full color Hegelian styled, bipartisan, issues management campaign ads from Republican incumbent, Don Sherwood and Democrat, Chris Carney. Since the beginning of October, I have received (at least) 12 of these ads and the letter from Carol Sherwood exonerating her husband from what she refers to as, his "mistake." I noticed that each of these financially endowed candidates have used their political capital to defame the character of the other rather than exposing the truth; i.e., that they want nothing more than to continue the 'business-as-usual' practices and agenda for their plutocratic investors.
Recent published 'Letters to the Editor' (Scranton Times-Tribune - 10/19/06) suggests a heightened level of perception among their readers that neither candidate will be able to remedy the damage that has been done to the integrity of our constitutional republic. To paraphrase an old saying: Emotional rhetoric may dupe some of the people some of the time, but it cannot dupe all of the people all of the time. Here are a few examples of how these ads (taken from the recently published Letters to the Editor), are duping the people.
L M, who misspelled 'Hannevig', took issue that "Mr. Sherwood, an elected congressman, identified himself to a D.C police officer as a mere "government employee."" Sherwood, in my opinion, did not lie. Sherwood was financed to run to represent the modern day privy council's corporate governance. Both candidates, Don Sherwood and Chris Carney, were on the Board of Directors of the United Nations Association of Northeastern Pennsylvania (UNA-USA) in 2002. Either candidate is, therefore, obligated to his corporate employer.
D McB, C C, S P, and J G-E, all commented (in various ways) about Don Sherwood's infidelity while seeming to ignore the fact that Democrat Paul Kanjorski remained silent about this matter that, were he faithful to his party, may have swayed the presidential count in northeastern Pennsylvania to Kerry; the candidate whose values were thought to be less pious than Bush's. It's quite evident that leaders in the two parties consider "fidelity" to be relevant only to the party faithful on which they are dependent.
L B wrote, "Mr. Carney's record on the Second Amendment is dismal. He is rated an "F" by the NRA". I remind Mr. B that, in the Pennsylvania Constitution, Article 1, Section 21, "The right of the citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves and the State shall not be questioned." In Pennsylvania, the right to keep and bear arms is NOT a Second Amendment (Militia) issue. When purchasing arms, one question asked is, by Pennsylvania law, one question too many! The duty of a representative is to advocate for the citizens and their state to retain the unaliened rights implied by their State's Constitution. Therefore, the NRA's representative to Congress must be someone who will "preserve, protect and defend," with fidelity, the people's rights as retained and reserved to them by their state's constitution pursuant to the Ninth and Tenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. (The 9th and 10th Amendments limit federal encroachment into the powers of the State and the people therein.)
P M comments; "Don Sherwood has released an ad claiming that Chris Carney is going to raise your taxes." These tax issues, when understood, are the best example of bipartisan issue management. Whether Carney or Sherwood is elected to Congress will not matter. Both will be obligated to maintain or advance the various aspects of global governance envisioned by their corporate employers. Since Congress relinquished its power to coin money to a private cartel of bankers in 1913, there has been a progressive hidden tax involved with the printing of metallically devalued coins and Federal Reserve notes. For instance; It cost the owners of the Federal Reserve between $.04 (four cents) and $.07 (seven cents) to print a "bill" of any denomination. Therefore, at 4 cents/bill, for every $10 of a man (or woman's) labor, $9.96 is pocketed by the owners of the Federal Reserve and an additional $2 (approximately 20% of the $10) is demanded by IRS agents on behalf of their employers; the owners of the Federal Reserve.
The bipartisan issues management processes and procedures preclude open minor party and independent debate that would educate the voters to their approximate $11.96 indebtedness to the owners of the Federal Reserve for every $10 of their labor; a despicable system of voluntary servitude that, with little disruption to the average American, could be legislated back under the powers of Congress whereby the IRS would be abolished, and $9.96 would be recycled into the Constitutionally delegated services to be provided by Congress.
The continued bipartisan perpetuation of this irresponsible fraud on the American people by their bipartisan elected representatives to Congress is morally reprehensible and unlikely to be remedied by electing more bipartisan candidates.
Fortunately, as stated before, emotional rhetoric cannot dupe all of the people all of the time.

2008 Update on the Realities of the democratic process in a two party system
As most of my readers know I am in the process of collecting the signatures of registered electors ("voters") on "Nomination Papers"; a process required by the Commonwealth in order for minor parties to gain 'ballot access' for their nominees in the November, 2008 election. The party for which I am collecting the signatures is the Constitution Party. The Constitution Party offers Pennsylvanians, and our nation, a slate of Constitutionally correct candidates who will be held accountable to their oath of office: Nottheir political affiliation!
Here is what I have observed during this signature gathering process.
- The phenomena of "peer pressure" is just as prevalent in adults as it is in children.
- Many (not all) "pro-choice" abortion advocates choose (by not signing the petition) to withhold candidate choice from "pro-life" advocates.
- Most (again, not all) self-identified "Capitalists" reject the Constitutional principles of Life, Liberty, Property and Happiness for themselves, and others who choose to engage in Capitalistic activities without liens and license.
- Gun Control advocates seem to sincerely believe that disarming sane, law abiding people, and hiring (sometimes unionized) others to protect them will somehow make their community safer. (I wonder where they think those hirelings will be if it's the hireling's own family that's being threatened?)
- Most (almost all) people think that Federal Reserve "bills" are Constitutionally sound units of currency. They sincerely believe that they can pay a debt with a unit of currency that creates additional debt.
- Although people are upset with taxes and IRS collection tactics, most have never questioned whether it is them, or foreign corporations that are lawfully liable to pay the tax.
- Concerned conservationists really believe that responsible resource management cannot take place within their local communities unless tenets of the United Nations' "Biodiversity Treaty" and "Agenda 21" are implemented by statutes, liens and penalties.
- Education, media, and government employees - at all levels of employment - appear to fear reprisal if they were to sign a petition that would allow Constitutionally correct candidates to be on a ballot. Some even seem uncomfortable to be seen talking with me.
Nevertheless, I will continue to collect signatures for ballot access for the Constitution Party's slate of nominees - including myself for Congressional District 10 and Legislative District 114 - from now until the end of July.
If you are a registered voter whose behavior doesn't fit any of the above observations, your signature is needed. Your willingness to assist in the preservation of what is left of the democratic process of our lawful Constitutional "republic" will most likely be appreciated by future generations. Look for, or invite petitioners to local gatherings throughout Pennsylvania. And, check out the party's platform and candidates at http://www.constitutionparty.com/.
Additionally, I'd like to extend a warm "Thank you!" to all who wrote in my name for the Republican and Democratic ballot position for Congressional District 10 during the 2006 and Pennsylvania Primaries, and, when ballot position was not attained, who wrote me in as their candidate of choice.
Are you a registered Democrat or Republican and care that you no longer have representation in your constitutionally guaranteed republic? That the two partyOligarchy has made a mockery of our nation's democratic process?
Then Declare Your Independence at the polls in 2006
VFW Post 4712, Commander, Robert Dragwa, coordinated a moving and insightful slate of music and speakers for this morning's Memorial Day ceremony. The honor guard, with decisiveness and precision, fired a Twenty-one gun salute to their fallen patriots.
After the ceremony, those in attendance were invited to partake of refreshments under a tent located to the rear of the post. As the attendees who chose to socialize after the event were in line for refreshments and eating at tables, I passed out a flyer and asked them to stop by a table in the back where I would be sitting with ballot access petitions, also called "Nomination Papers". I explained (to those who inquired) about the need to acquire approximately 67,000 signatures for 'statewide' offices, and 4,000 for me to be their choice on November's ballot for Congressional District 10 representation.
About 15 minutes into my 'table hopping', Commander Dragwa called me aside and asked me to leave, which I did.
Before leaving, however, I asked if I could schedule with him a video presentation about the Constitution Party candidates and where they stand on the issues pertinent to American Government. Commander Dragwa advised me that I would have to bring my request to a VFW meeting.
So, with that said, I strongly recommend that if you are someone who understands the need for representation in government, and are a member of the VFW, DAV, or any other service related organization, that you request to schedule a Constitution Party presentation at your post sometime before July 30, 2006. You can do this by contacting Michael Harrison, web master for the Constitution Party website. Furthermore:
I sincerely apologize to any and all VFW members who were present today at the VFW Paciga Post 4712 - Simpson - Memorial Day event who were offended by my attempt to assert the democratic procedure of petitioning: A process that was secured for us by the men and women who fought and died for our Constitutional republic.
Does gasoline at 10 cents a gallon and falling sound impossible in today's world?
Well, if you think it's impossible, you're wrong. Because that's where gasoline actually is, and it looks like it's going even lower.
Of course, it's not 10 cents a gallon in today's paper money. But it is 10 cents a gallon in the Constitutional money of the United States, which is gold coin and bullion.
In effect, Bush is asserting the powers that accrued to Hitler in 1933. His Federalist Society apologists and Department of Justice appointees claim that President Bush has the same power to interpret the Constitution as the Supreme Court. An Alito Court is likely to agree with this false claim.
This is the great issue that is before the country. But it is pushed into the background by political battles over abortion and homosexual rights. Many people fighting to strengthen the executive think they are fighting against legitimizing sodomy and murder in the womb. They are unaware that the real issue is that America is on the verge of elevating its president above the law.
Bush Justice Department official and Berkeley law professor John Yoo argues that no law can restrict the president in his role as commander-in-chief. Thus, once the president is at war – even a vague open-ended "war on terror" - Bush's Justice Department says the president is free to undertake any action in pursuit of war, including the torture of children and indefinite detention of American citizens.
The commander-in-chief role is probably sufficiently elastic to expand to any crisis, whether real or fabricated. Thus has the US arrived at the verge of dictatorship.
Have government regulations become so restrictive that the living cannot maintain sanitation by respectfully removing dead bodies from their midst?
Hurricane Katrina has indeed been a tragedy of catastrophic proportions for the people along the Gulf coast. However, the psycho-social implications of incremental Congressional legislation since Roosevelt's "New Deal" is apparent in the pictures coming out of New Orleans via TV.
Without a doubt, water, food and shelter are vital commodities that need to be provided from sources outside this affected area. But, when it comes to the remnant's self-responsible behaviors (i.e., cleaning around their personal space), this level of dependency on NGO's, and the statutory agents/agencies of federal government to do for them what they can do for themselves should be critically questioned.
An UPDATE to this post was attempted when I learned that the family of a woman in a "wheel chair" had filed a law suit. The links were removed because the AP News and Find Law links for the articles no longer worked. I don't know if the woman in the 'wheel chair' is the same as the woman in the 'lawn chair', but I wish the family swift vindication for the wrongs that they suffered at the hands of those who are paid to do that which is right.
You do have options.

Supreme Court Nominee John Roberts' Frame-of-Reference
Since Article 4, Section 4, of the US Constitution "shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government"; To whose "Form of Government" is John Roberts, a Harvard graduate, referring when he expresses a "profound appreciation for the role of the court in our constitutional democracy"?
Here is a transcript of a portion of Nominee Roberts' 7/19/2005 acceptance speech from USA Today:
ROBERTS: Thank you, Mr. President. Thank you.
Thank you very much. It is both an honor and very humbling to be nominated to serve on the Supreme Court. Before I became a judge, my law practice consisted largely of arguing cases before the court. That experience left me with a profound appreciation for the role of the court in our constitutional democracy and a deep regard for the court as an institution.
I feel deep sorrow for all the victims of violent acts worldwide that are perpetrated on behalf of a handful of men/women who have an agenda to dominate. What is even more disturbing, however, is how effectively the American people have been manipulated by Madison Avenue words and visuals to buy into this agenda to the point that they are willingly contributing to their own destruction.
For instance: "Terror" is not an "act". "Terror" is a "feeling"; an "emotion".
There are two (2) proven strategies to overcome an emotion: Drugs and Empowerment.
It's been my observation that Congress' focus since the "Brady Bill" and "911" has been to disempower Americans.
Congress has been inclined to use tax payers' debt based dollars to; fund programs that screen for emotional dis-ease, create data bases which include that such screening data to be put on "mandatory" identification cards for which the people are expected to pay a cost, and protect the sharing of the people's personal information with global commercial banking and insurance entities that will eventually benefit the owners of the pharmaceutical companies, who will in turn have legal commercial access to those who have voluntarily opted into their actuarial, pharmaceutical and other studies. I suspect that Herr Mengla is smiling in his grave.
Additionally: Since both the Euro and Dollar are a debt based units of currency; How are the people's of the nations who use this currency to ever pay off a debt with a debt? Intellectually and morally this is absurd! Intellectually and morally this is 'indebted servitude'/"peonage" perpetrated and maintained by a handful of men who globally manipulate the money supply as their allied media strokes the emotions of the people under the guise of "democracy"!
As for this current "War"; It makes sense to me that "Christian" America would be pitted against the "Islamic" nations. How else can the agenda of those who profit from a debt based monetary system, whether the Dollar or the Euro, continue their dominion if there is honest trade among the nations with a tangible currency based on "honest weights and measures".
If we had enough men and women in Congress that took their oath of office seriously, we would have a tangible monetary system, be at peace with Islamic nations, and best of all, there would be no need for those with an agenda to pit believing nations against one another under the guise of "terror". Unlike a drugged or disempowered person, an empowered people have few excuses (if any) to tolerate injustices, or to injure or damage their neighbor.

FEDS CALL COURT CERTIFIED DOCUMENTS A "THEORY" IN BILL BENSON CASE
Posted: February 15, 2005 1:05 AM Eastern NewsWithViews.com
Bill Benson is a former revenue collector for the State of Illinois. Back in 1984, Benson was commissioned to conduct an investigation into the ratification of the Sixteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Benson traveled to all 48 states which had been admitted to the Union at the time of the ratification of this amendment in 1913. He spent close to a year in the bowels of these state archives collecting official documents.
What Benson found according to legal researchers was nothing short of a bombshell: Not only was the Sixteenth Amendment - the so-called "income tax amendment' never ratified by the required number of states, he also discovered that the Seventeenth Amendment wasn't ratified either.
Here are some questions I had during the "ownership" portion of President Bush's Inaugural speech on Thursday, January 20, 2005. The text of that portion of President Bush's speech is as follows:
"In America's ideal of freedom, citizens find the dignity and security of economic independence, instead of laboring on the edge of subsistence. This is the broader definition of liberty that motivated the Homestead Act, the Social Security Act, and the G.I. Bill of Rights. And now we will extend this vision by reforming great institutions to serve the needs of our time. To give every American a stake in the promise and future of our country, we will bring the highest standards to our schools, and build an ownership society. We will widen the ownership of homes and businesses, retirement savings and health insurance - preparing our people for the challenges of life in a free society. By making every citizen an agent of his or her own destiny, we will give our fellow Americans greater freedom from want and fear, and make our society more prosperous and just and equal."
Here are my questions:
President Bush seems to be making a clear distinction between "Americans" and "citizens" in his speech. Is he?
What is the definitional difference (legal and otherwise) between having "Liberty" and being afforded statutory "freedom"?
What are the Liberties of a "citizen"? And, How are they the same, or different, from those pertaining to "the people"?
When a "citizen" becomes and "agent" doesn't he/she enter into a "commercial" relationship?
To whom are President Bush referring to as his "fellow Americans" who will "make", with him, "every citizen an agent" of "his or her own destiny"?
Why are President Bush's "fellow Americans" who have the power to make a "citizen" an "agent of his or her own destiny" concerned about "want and fear"?
President Bush seems to be outlining a global hierarchy in his speech. Is there a global hierarchy? If so, what is your status in this hierarchy? How do you perceive mine?
If a hierarchy exists; Do our representatives represent an 'endowed' "people" with "Liberty", or do they administrate the statutory "freedoms" dictated by those who are the most privileged within the hierarchy?
What does President Bush and his "fellow Americans" have planned for those men and women who they perceive to be "citizens" and "agents"?
What will be the fate of men and women who continue to believe themselves to be "endowed by their Creator (aka, "Nature's God") with unalienable Rights"?
To whom will President Bush be widening "the ownership of homes and businesses, retirement savings and health insurance"? And, how will this impact the men and women who continue to believe that they have the Liberty by Divine Law to their own unaliened possession of; "homes and businesses, retirement savings and health insurance"?
And, per President Bush in another part of his speech; "Across the generations we have proclaimed the imperative of self-government, because no one is fit to be a master, and no one deserves to be a slave." Who then is protecting and defending the 'self-evident truths' and the "imperative" "Right" to "self-government" for the people of the endowment?
Not too many years ago we were told; "Ignorance of the law is no excuse".
Recently, when someone chooses to defend themself against terroristic threats and harassment by agents who represent the U.S. Treasury in one form or another under "color of law", they are told by the judiciary that those agents "don't have to tell you" the reason they terrorize and harass rather than simply abiding by the laws that were enacted to govern their activities and behaviors.
Now, according to former Congresswoman Helen Chenoweth-Hage (R-ID) and designer and philanthropist John Gilmore, who were detained by airport security agents, when they questioned the authority that required them to show government issued photo ID and submit to pat-downs the agents told them, "I can't tell you".
Thanks to Mr. Gilmore we don't have to be ignorant of the law. Further information on Gilmore v. Ashcroft, which is pending on appeal, can be found here. To view a summary of this litigation click here.
I was outraged when I saw the cover page from the November 10, 2004 New York Post!!
The page (which has been since put in the NY Post's archives) was an obvious marketing technique to market Marlboro cigarettes, and gain support for President Bush and his corporate buddies' war in Iraq. This slick method of advertising had me wondering how much more blatant manipulation of the sincere patriotism of Americans will the editors of our newspapers engage in for the greedy gain of their corporate masters?
What's it going to take for a simple majority of the people to catch on about how our young men and women are being used as "POLITICAL CAPITAL" for the increased wealth of the Bush family and his Corporate Cronies - including Teresa, John, Bill and Hillary??
Since our military became "all volunteer" it - BY DEFINITION - became a "Mercenary Force" for the aforementioned plutocracy!
By definition, a Mercenary Force can be "legally" hired out to a Corporate entity for the purpose of protecting that entity's interests on foreign soil. If that Corporate entity has diverse holdings, is it any wonder why the New York Post's cover picture on November 10, 2004 is advertising "Marlboro" cigarettes???
In my opinion, the shift into a corporate global governance is as voluntary as our patriotism!
Remember when under Common Law the people referred to their government employees as "Public Servants"?
Remember when those "Public Servants" became, "Personnel"?
And then, "Human Resources" under corporate federalism? ("Resources", by the way, are disposable!)
Now the term is "Human Capital"!
What is "Capital"?
What do you suppose a "slave" would be called in today's legal terminology?
According to the intellectual doublespeak of Paul M. Johnson, Dept. of Political Science, Auburn University
Human capital is: A loose catch-all term for the practical knowledge, acquired skills and learned abilities of an individual that make him or her potentially productive and thus equip him or her to earn income in exchange for labor. More . . .
"I don't know about the discrepancies reported by the media and LWV, but our officail count for Montour County as of Friday is Sherwood 5596, Hannevig 818. We still need to wait until after the 15th for any additional military and overseas absentees that may come back, but the number we still have out is very small."
Voting irregularities are not just limited to "electronic ballots".
In the 10th Congressional District of Pennsylvania, Lycoming County uses mechanical "lever" voting machines, and Montour County uses "punch cards".
CNN and Times-Leader reported the following results: Lycoming County (lever): Sherwood - 21,036
Hannevig - 841
Montour County (punch cards): Sherwood - 5,560
Hannevig - 811
The Scranton Tribune and League of Women Voters reported: Lycoming County (lever): Sherwood - 20,012
Hannevig - 814
Montour County (punch cards): Sherwood - 5,560
Hannevig - 551
I have requested clarification and we are in anticipation of a timely response to these questions from employees of the Commonwealth, Montour and Lycoming Counties.

The election results have been tabulated in the Times Leader.
While the percentage of the votes cast for me sounds small at 7.02%, this percentage translates into 14,450 people who took the time to look at the bottom line and deliberately moved the lever in the direction of Liberty.
As you read the results take into consideration that the total numbers do not reflect the total number of the voters in those counties. During the coming months take the time to speak to your friends and neighbors about their political options and encourage them to make "bottom line" choices.
(The Constitution Party candidates were on the bottom line of the ballot.)
My campaign message is being directed to a people who believe themselves to be free. My message is not to those who enjoy the chains of enslavement for political expediency. With that said, I remind you that we have been "endowed" by our Creator. We have the option to responsibly protect and defend that endowment, or to relinquish its care to the whims of treasonous legislators via liens and licensure lobbied on behalf of International Bankers through the U.S. Treasury and their debt based monetary system.
Should you choose me to represent your Liberties at the federal level of our Constitutional republic, here are the foundations of that Liberty that I will uphold and defend according to "The Bill of Rights", specifically the 9th and 10th Amendments to the U.S. Constitution.
WE, the people of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, grateful to Almighty God for the blessings of civil and religious liberty, and humbly invoking His guidance, do ordain and establish this Constitution.
ARTICLE I
DECLARATION OF RIGHTS
That the general, great and essential principles of liberty and free government may be recognized and unalterably established, WE DECLARE THAT:
. . .
Sec. 2. All power is inherent in the people, and all free governments are founded on their authority and instituted for their peace, safety and happiness. For the advancement of these ends they have at all times an inalienable and indefeasible right to alter, reform or abolish their government in such manner as they may think proper.
Sec. 3. All men have a natural and indefeasible right to worship Almighty God according to the dictates of their own consciences; no man can of right be compelled to attend, erect or support any place of worship, or to maintain any ministry against his consent; no human authority can, in any case whatever, control or interfere with the rights of conscience, and no preference shall ever be given by law to any religious establishment or modes of worship.
CLYMER:
"I WILL WORK WITH PRESIDENT BUSH TO PASS TORT REFORM OPPOSED BY SPECTER."
LANCASTER - Constitution Party U.S. Senate candidate Jim Clymer said today that as U.S. Senator he will support President Bush's efforts at tort reform and blasted incumbent Senator Arlen Specter as a "tool for the powerful Trial Lawyers lobby."
Clymer said that Specter has received close to the maximum monetary contribution from the ultra-liberal American Trial Lawyers Association PAC, which strongly opposes any form of tort reform, medical malpractice reform or any insurance reform at all.
"The liberal trial lawyers and their powerful allies like Senator Specter have brought Pennsylvania to the brink of a healthcare crisis," Clymer said. "Hospitals and clinics are shutting down in our state, and doctors are fleeing to other states to avoid multi-million dollar junk lawsuits."
Clymer noted that Specter's son, Shanin, is one of wealthiest and most powerful trial lawyers in Pennsylvania, and has made a killing by suing our doctors and hospitals. "Arlen Specter has no interest in taking away from his son and his lawyer friends the goose laying their golden eggs. We have the Specter family to thank for the high cost of healthcare in Pennsylvania."
Is your allegiance to a Corporate Plutocracy or to a Constitutional Republic?
I received this message today from an alleged "educator".
As a college professor, my dirty little secret is the fact that I can convince people that I really hate George Bush. Along with my public school teachers, we really don't care who wins this election. There's no economic impact on my pocketbook no matter who gets in. See, I'm guaranteed employment as a state servant of the education system. They love me enough to keep me around forever. So as I said, I don't care who wins. Now the rest of you may care if you put in a waffler or a cowboy, I don't. As I said, my job is secure and secure for life. Sorry. Bye.
Marlene Tobin, Americans For Fair Taxation (AFFT) PA State Director recently requested feedback from all candidates regarding their "Fair Tax" position. AFFT currently has a score card on their web which lists all incumbents and their position on FairTax. They are planning to post an updated FairTax scorecard on their State website listing each incumbent and candidate running for election in 2004. Here is an abstract of the Bill and my response.
H.R.25 Title: To promote freedom, fairness, and economic opportunity by repealing the income tax and other taxes, abolishing the Internal Revenue Service, and enacting a national sales tax to be administered primarily by the States.
As I see it, on top of credit card, car, and mortgage payments and interest, approximately $9.96 is the laboring man's debt to the owners of the Federal Reserve for each $10.00 of his labor. Here's how:
The "bill" which a laboring man perceives he has earned for his labor cost the Federal Reserve approximately4.2 cents to print - regardless of its denomination. In reality this means that for every $10.00 of a man's labor, he is in debt approximately $9.96 to the owners of the Federal Reserve; $19.96 for every $20.00, and $99.96 for every $100.00.
Should the proposed "national sales tax" be implemented at a typical 7% using the current currency: For every $100.00 purchase the American buyer makes, he or she will be indebted approximately $107.00 to the owners of the Federal Reserve, $21.40 for a $20.00 purchase, and $10.40 for every $10.00 purchase. Should the buyer use a debit card, the owners of the Federal Reserve's profit will increase by, at least, $.04.
Although this "national sales tax" - in reality - is somewhat better than the IRS' approximate 20% rate of extortion on the working man or woman's labor, it still does not meet the Constitutional criteria for a lawful monetary system.
It is my opinion that a "national sales tax" will not resolve the economic realities that are brought about by a debt based monetary system that is owned and operated by a cartel of private bankers; a Plutocracy.
From the "Title" definition of H.R.25 as found on the web, and the reasons given above, I will answer:
d... "Leans Against Support of HR25"
Thank you for requesting my feedback. I hope you will consider refocusing the energy of Americans For Fair Tax in a manner consistent with the founding principles of our Constitutional Republic.
"What do you think you can accomplish in a Democrat and Republican controlled Congress?"
I have been asked the question; "What do you think you can accomplish in a Democrat and Republican controlled Congress?"
If this is your question, here is my reply:
Realistically, little can be done by a "freshman" in Congress; and the present congressman's record has shown him to be no exception to this reality. Unlike the present Congressman, however, I have not compromised the integrity of my allegiance to the people in our geographic area. I do not sit on the Board of Directors of the United Nations Association of Northeastern Pennsylvania. As such, I can, with your help, make sensible decisions on behalf of our children, our grandchildren, and our beloved nation.
My first term goals in the U.S. House of Representatives are to:
- Defend and protect the unalienable Right of "the People" to Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness as they exercise their intellectual and tangible property in creative, moral and ethical ways within their communities.
The Constitution Restoration Act Of 2004: The Most Important Legislation In The Last Fifty Years
In February, 2004, a bill was introduced in both chambers of Congress to "limit the jurisdiction of Federal courts in certain cases and promote federalism." The House version is H.R. 3799, and the Senate's original version was S. 2082. The bill is titled, "The Constitution Restoration Act of 2004." Initial sponsors of the bill include Rep. Robert Aderholt (AL), Rep. Michael Pence (IN), Sen. Richard Shelby (AL), Sen. Zell Miller (GA), Sen. Sam Brownback (KS), and Sen. Lindsey Graham (SC). Even though the introduction of this bill received little national media attention, it is the most important legislation in the last fifty years. I would encourage you to take a look at these bills, compare the changes that were made to the original Senate Bill by current 17th Amendment Senators, and urge you to contact your Congressional representatives to sign on to the original bills as "co-sponsors".
Pastor calls American preachers cowards 19 Jul 2004
PASADENA, Md. - The Rev. Chuck Baldwin, vice-presidential candidate of the Constitution Party, told attendees to the party's national convention, that cowardly pastors are to blame for America's political state.
According to a news release, Baldwin, who is pastor of the Crossroads Baptist Church in Pensacola, Fla., delivered a speech indicting the nation's preachers for a lack of moral leadership.

World Daily Net Commentary
Keep the Declaration alive By: Alan Keyes
As we gather in our beloved America to observe the anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, let us emulate our founders in their faithfulness to the truth – a bold faithfulness that gave birth to this nation.
Let us reflect on a founding generation born into a world characterized by despotism and tyranny and slavery, into an era dominated by philosophy and practice and institutions based upon inequality and the denial of human freedom – and celebrate our great founders' recognition and radical assertion of the universal rights of man.
Tyranny and inequality were not then considered to be unusual or changeable conditions, but our founders were wise, courageous and prudent enough to recognize the truth and plant the seeds of that liberty which would overturn centuries of despotism and become the foundation for a successful struggle, even against the age-old institution of slavery. To those who persist in denigrating our founders and their legacy of liberty, I say this: I would rather show respect for that generation which, though born into an era of slavery, planted the seeds of liberty, than to be part of a generation that, born into an era of liberty, plants the seeds of renewed slavery and bondage.
. . .
I can think of a fate worse than being born into a generation that accepted slavery: it is to be born into the generation that renewed the bondage of slavery for millions yet unborn. And if we are not careful, that will be our fate.
Isn't it time to cast your vote for a principled candidate who will uphold his oath of office as President to "preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States"?
Third Parties on Right Could Be Problem for Bush Mon Jun 21, 2004 08:12 AM ET
By Rolando Garcia
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Moses Murphy was as Republican as they come. The 27-year-old former Marine always voted a straight ticket and his Jeep Cherokee sported three "Bush-Cheney '04" bumper stickers.
But two months ago as the Boardsman, Ohio, resident was surfing the Internet, he came across the Web site for the Constitution Party, a small, conservative group still struggling to be on the ballot in every state.
Off came the Bush paraphernalia and now Murphy's Jeep is plastered with stickers for Michael Peroutka, the Constitution Party's little-known presidential nominee.
Media attention has focused on Ralph Nader as a potential spoiler to presumptive Democratic nominee John Kerry, but President Bush could face a similar threat from third party candidates on the right.
The Constitution and Libertarian parties believe they could siphon away enough disenchanted conservatives to tip a close election. (Continue.)
Income Tax Documents Missing From National Archives
Underway: Operation "What's Left?" -- More Volunteers Needed
July 19th: Be There! Push Is Coming To Shove
After years of government stonewalling in providing answers to basic questions about the fraudulent origin and illegal enforcement of the income tax system, another layer of the tax fraud has now been uncovered: the systemic removal of key legal and historical documents from the National Archives related to the meaning of "income" within the 1916 Income Tax Act, which was adopted by the political branches following the ratification of the 16th (Income Tax) Amendment in 1913, and the Supreme Court's 1916 interpretation of "Income" within the meaning of the 16th Amendment. As I continue to collect signatures for ballot access on behalf of the Constitution Party (and myself) in my home area I am amazed by the cowardice of the people to make a stand for what they believe.
I've been told by local people on more than one occasion that their signature on previous petitions had compromised the jobs of themselves or their loved ones. They are not convinced that their names, once submitted to the Department of State in Harrisburg, will not be shared with political gatekeepers within the Democrat and Republican parties and they, and members of their families, will be ostracized or black-balled for their desire for diversity, tolerance, and positive change within the democratic process of our Constitutional republic.
Use "I" statements to voice your personal opinion to at least one new person every day and during public meetings with your local government.
Sample of a template that is typically used:
When _______, (describe the action or event) I feel/felt _______, (betrayed, confused, etc.) because _______. (Use facts.) I would appreciate _______. (Have a realistic plan.) How can we make this happen? (Establish a record of commitment.)
(Use the same pattern to encourage positive actions.)
Update on the Realities of the democratic process in a two party system.
As most of my readers know I recently embarked on the task of collecting the signatures of registered electors ("voters") on "Nomination Papers"; a process required by the Commonwealth in order for minor parties to gain 'ballot access' for their nominees in the November, 2004 election. The party for which I am collecting the signatures is the Constitution Party. The Constitution Party offers Pennsylvanians, and our nation, a slate of Constitutionally correct candidates who will be held accountable to their oath of office: Not their political affiliation!
I'm posting this blog to let you know what I have observed during this signature gathering process.
- The phenomena of "peer pressure" is just as prevalent in adults as it is in children.
- Many (not all) "pro-choice" abortion advocates choose (by not signing the petition) to withhold candidate choice from "pro-life" advocates.
- Most (again, not all) self-identified "Capitalists" reject the
Constitutional principles of Life, Liberty, Property and Happiness for themselves, and others who choose to engage in Capitalistic activities without liens and license.
Nevertheless, I will continue to collect signatures for ballot access for the Constitution Party's slate of nominees - including myself for Congressional District 10 - from now until July.
If you are a registered voter whose behavior doesn't fit any of the above observations, your signature is needed. Your willingness to assist in the preservation of what is left of the democratic process of our lawful Constitutional "republic" will most likely be appreciated by future generations. Look for me at local gatherings in the 10th Congressional District of Pennsylvania, and check out the party's platform and candidates at www.constitutionparty.com.
Additionally, I'd like to extend a warm "Thank you!" to all who wrote in my name for the Democratic ballot position for Congressional District 10 during the recent Pennsylvania Primaries. I would also like to thank the employees at the Lackawanna Election Bureau for investigating why two of those write-in's were not recorded at the poll location, and for someone at the Department of State in Harrisburg for posting Nomination Papers to me on May 19, 2004.
Political Realities For Minor Party and Independent Candidates.
Several days ago Doug Kenline suggested that I blog daily updates about my experiences while participating in the democratic process for the Pennsylvania District 10, Congressional seat. I made this decision when I realized that Congressman Sherwood, a Republican and member of the Board of Directors of the United Nations Association of Northeastern Pennsylvania, was running un-opposed in the primaries.
The weekend before the Tuesday primary I asked friends, relatives and acquaintances who are registered Democrats to write me in. I sent e-mails and randomly passed out about 100 computer generated business cards that had the correct spelling of my name. After the primary I checked with the county Bureau of Elections for the results from my local area. I was told the total was 2 short of what I knew for sure should have been the total. In checking the envelope from that precint, it was clear that the paper from the back of the voting machine was not included. An investigation of the machine was requested by the county Bureau and it was found that there was, indeed, two additional write ins bearing my name. If I were to request an investigation of the machines in other precints in the 10th Congressional District I would have to pay $50 per machine for the investigation.
Additionally, "Nomination Papers" are used to collect a predetermined amount of signatures from registered "electors" (who have not signed someone else's Nomination Papers). The signatures are needed to petition the Bureau of Elections for ballot access for nominees. I requested the papers by fax on May 5th and began to follow up about the papers on the 11th. According to the receptionist at the Department of State in Harrisburg, there is only one person, Adam, who handles the requests for Nomination Papers at the Bureau of Elections.
Adam told me on the 11th that "seventeen" papers were sent to me on the 7th. On the 13th I called Adam and left a message advising him that I had not yet received the papers.
On the 14th I spoke with Adam and he said he had sent another seventeen, that day, by way of regular mail.
On the 17th Adam was not in the office and I left a message for him with Jonathan.
On the 18th I obtained a form from the Post Office to initiate a lost mail tracer on the 34 papers and called Adam to assist me in filling out the information required by "sender". Adam seemed reluctant. When I asked to speak to someone in his building's mail room, Adam told me he would have to check to see whether that was something he was allowed to do.
Hhmmmmm!
After ending my call with Adam, I called the main number for the Capitol Comples and had no problem obtaining the number for the mail room in the building that houses the Bureau of Elections. From the mail room person who answered, I received the information I needed and submitted the form to the USPS this morning.
Fortunately I do have some Nomination Papers (Petitions) that were hand delivered to me from party headquarters. These papers are started for Lackawanna, Wayne, Wyoming, Bradford, Pike, Susquehanna and Monroe Counties. There is room for 110 signatures on each paper and although the total I need is about 1,050, my goal is to obtain in excess of 2,000. As the simple math will show, neither of these totals will be met without the Nomination Papers that Adam said he sent.
By the way; the phone number for the Constitution Party is 1-800-2-VETO-IRS. For "politically incorrect" buttons and T-Shirts check out Live Free or Die.
